Medical Fees
Notre Dame tuition covers office visits to University Health Services. Charges may be generated in the course of evaluation and treatment.
The services listed below are the financial responsibilities of a patient not enrolled in the school-sponsored insurance plan:
- Medical supplies
- Medical procedures
- Medications
- Injections, including allergy shots
- Laboratory tests
- X-rays
- Consultations with physicians outside University Health Services
- Hospitalization and/or treatment at a community hospital or emergency room
Student charges generated at University Health Services may be paid at the time of service or forwarded to Student Accounts. They will appear on the student’s monthly billing statement as Health Services. An itemized statement will be provided to you at the Check Out Counter or through campus mail. This is the form you may use to file with your private insurance.
If you have the school-sponsored insurance plan, we will file your claim for you.
