Call 574-631-0615 for an appointment at least two months prior to your date of departure, if at all possible. If not, call and state your departure date, and we will do the best we can. Certain immunizations will need to be given over a period of several months.

Pre-immunization counseling is required before shots are administered.

No walk-in requests are honored for travel vaccines

The focus of your appointment will include:

  • Information on health and safety risks
  • Counseling tailored to your personal medical history
  • Immunizations, both required and recommended.
  • Prescriptions for certain travel medications (malaria prophylaxis, antibiotic for travelers’ diarrhea, etc).
  • Providing Travel Health Kit
