Clinical Case Management
Comprehensive care when you need it most
The UHS Clinical Case Managers are licensed healthcare professionals who can assist students with both chronic conditions (like diabetes, cystic fibrosis, asthma, and any mental health issue) and short-term but complicated conditions (like mono, concussions, and surgery) in navigating their healthcare.
Our Clinical Case Managers will work with both campus partners and patients’ healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive healthcare and help students achieve independence so they can continue to meet their academic goals.
