Do you need an evaluation of an injury or illness, care for a chronic medical condition, or preventive health services?  Our expert, board-certified providers are here to accommodate your healthcare needs. We can also provide diagnostic services, such as radiology and laboratory testing, as well as fill your prescriptions, right here in our building on the Notre Dame campus.
